the resort feels very nice and CLEAN. i found several restaurants onsite to choose from. i think guests staying at the resort should get a discount at the restaurants. i would consider staying here again.

the hotel features a LARGE casino and many food options. there are multiple entertainment choices available . six different pools provide ample space for relaxation, and the rooms are designed gorgeously and are kept clean.

i thought that zachery and john at registration deserve kudos. they were very thorough in their work. both were very helpful with my queries and requests, and they made the check-in process smooth and efficient.

plenty of spots exist to eat at this hotel. i found multiple gambling choices to consider. a good sportsbook provides ample opportunities for betting. the many restaurants offer various culinary options.

inflexible checkout policyinconsistent pool rules
the cleaning staff didnt replenish an empty bathing bottle, even after i made it obvious. asking to extend my checkout by just one hour, even with extra pay offered, was flatly denied. it seemed inflexible. also, i was stopped from entering the pool with a starbucks order, even though it was allowed the day before. it was a frustrating experience especially when others were later allowed in with food.

The staff were very helpful to expedite check-in. the pool area was amazing. It was one of my best vacations this year. the hotel is very safe with a lot of things to do right in the hotel.
i wasn't explained the parking situation correctly, this resulted in tons of charges. there were lots of hidden fees even though they said there were none! also, a $450 deposit existed that we weren't made aware of.

My check-in took too long. i waited over an hour only to find out my online check-in didn't process. the pool closed early and i didn't got time to swim because of it. the casino was also somewhat boring. I thinks it lacked a distinct theme to make it stand out. it was a sterile space with little character, casino character
