charmed by clean room
food options helpful service
i found the hotel to be new and good. many food options were available i noticed. it was bit quiet at the gambling floor. the front desk was helpful with their service.
check in take a while. online check in did not worked for me, and it took an hour i noticed to check in. the pool closed at 6pm so the queue meant i can't use the pool.

the pool area features several pools and a good number of loungers. access to the fitness center are available to guests. the hotel included several restaurants and bars, i notice it, offering multiple choices.

the room included a king-sized bed and a television with many channels. a mini-fridge was available for beverages and snacks. i have clean towels and toiletries in the bathroom. the air conditioning worked very well.

i found the staff to be friendly. housekeeping responded quickly to requests for extra towels. concierge assisted with directions and information about the area. i also saw the valet parking was efficient.

the hotel is located near the main area and strip. i enjoyed the walk. necessary shopping is also in easy walking distance. access to the strip and festival grounds is convenient.

there is breakfast available at juniors that i loved. the hotel included a variety of restaurants with different cuisines. several bars offer drinks and snacks throughout the day. in-room dining service were an option.

i found the rooms to be very clean. the hotel has a stocked minibar. there are many different food choices at this resort. the hotel also has a good sportsbook.

the resort feels very nice and CLEAN. i found several restaurants onsite to choose from. i think guests staying at the resort should get a discount at the restaurants. i would consider staying here again.

i thought that zachery and john at registration deserve kudos. they were very thorough in their work. both were very helpful with my queries and requests, and they made the check-in process smooth and efficient.

plenty of spots exist to eat at this hotel. i found multiple gambling choices to consider. a good sportsbook provides ample opportunities for betting. the many restaurants offer various culinary options.

inflexible checkout policy inconsistent pool rules
the cleaning staff didnt replenish an empty bathing bottle, even after i made it obvious. asking to extend my checkout by just one hour, even with extra pay offered, was flatly denied. it seemed inflexible. also, i was stopped from entering the pool with a starbucks order, even though it was allowed the day before. it was a frustrating experience especially when others were later allowed in with food.

helpful staff amazing pool safe hotel parking situation hidden fees deposit amount
The staff were very helpful to expedite check-in. the pool area was amazing. It was one of my best vacations this year. the hotel is very safe with a lot of things to do right in the hotel.
i wasn't explained the parking situation correctly, this resulted in tons of charges. there were lots of hidden fees even though they said there were none! also, a $450 deposit existed that we weren't made aware of.

long check-in sterile space
My check-in took too long. i waited over an hour only to find out my online check-in didn't process. the pool closed early and i didn't got time to swim because of it. the casino was also somewhat boring. I thinks it lacked a distinct theme to make it stand out. it was a sterile space with little character, casino character
